Our pricing starts as low as $275/sqft for some new construction floor plans! However, depending on the grade of finishes, and home/plan design, prices may range between $275-350/sqft, but could be even higher with additional upgrades, architectural details, and higher end finishes.

Permit/Impact fees, utility connections, and foundation pilings not included.

The part of the pool you swim in is called the shell. The price will depend on configuration (shape, depth, etc.).

• Up to 26’ - $10,000 to $19,000

• 27’ to 34’ - $19,000 to $23,000

• 35’ to 45’ - $23,000 to $30,000

These costs are for the shell alone, which is usually 12’ - 16’ wide. They do not include pumps, backfill, or
any other aspect of a pool.
